Scrollbar met css, werkt niet in firefox...

Ik heb nu weer een site, en ben er druk mee bezig, alleen de scrollbar werkt wel in Firefox maar niet in Internet Explorer. Hij doet het wel, maar de style.css werkt niet in Firefox, hij werkt wel alles doet het, behalve die scrollbar...
